2011 Ferrari Sport Cars Ferrari Enzo Concept By Peter Simon Design

2011 Ferrari Sport Cars Ferrari Enzo Concept By Peter Simon Design
Based on the Credo E-Bone form language, Peter Simon designed an incredible Ferrari concept. This designer takes the Italian dynamic and organic, soft shapes that are closest to nature. Inside and out, this vehicle is meant to radiate energy and power. The inspiration is no less than animal and human bones, creating a dynamic supercar that’s highly energetic.
This is the Ferrari Sport Cars Ferrari Enzo, the cars that never ever stops, but appears to sit in time even as it flies down the highway. In the event that our fantasy does come true, concept cars designer Peter Simon already has an idea of what he thinks the Enzo successor is going to look like.
2011 Ferrari Sport Cars Ferrari Enzo Concept By Peter Simon Design
Featuring a far more aggressive nose and front end than the real Enzo, Simon’s concept work is the personification of a car that certainly poses a design identity that’s all its own.
According to Simon, the inspiration behind his work was taken from – get this – human and animal bones. Simon took his inspiration, weird as it sounds, and combines with the flair of Maranello to create a striking study that boasts of swooping angles that we’ve never seen from an actual Prancing Horse.
2011 Ferrari Sport Cars Ferrari Enzo Concept By Peter Simon Design
It’s not hard to imagine what the world would be like if Ferrari did come out with a successor to the venerable Enzo supercar. As one of the meanest and most awesome supercars to come out of Maranello in history, the 2011 Ferrari Sport Cars Ferrari Enzo Concept By Peter Simon Design certainly has no equal – that is unless a successor to it comes along down the road.

With its thrilling lines and uncompromising design tailored to rally use, the Lancia Stratos not only single-handedly rewrote the history of rallying, it won a permanent place in the hearts of its countless fans with its dramatic performance on the world's asphalt and gravel tracks - a performance which included three successive world championship titles.

Lancia Stratos Sport Cars Concept
The goal for the development of the Lancia Stratos HF's successor was to once again create a mid-engine sports car with a short wheelbase, low weight and superior agility. Just as the Lancia Stratos, with its Ferrari Dino V6 engine, was nevertheless a distinct sports car in its own right, the New Lancia Stratos Sport Cars Concept is also a distinct development, using components of the Ferrari 430 Scuderia. Almost all of these components have been modified and, as necessary, customized to their new purpose. However, it should also be emphasized that the Ferrari Scuderia already sets the standard amongst the current super sports cars and, as such, provides an excellent basis for further development.
The high execution locomotive which absorbs its intake air by the roof spoiler’s face openings, back-number equipped on afresh control social unit and a high-performance exhaust by Capristo, including multiplex and sports car exhaust; it delivers 540 horsepower and provides a torque of across 500 Land of Enchantment.

The aluminum chassis was shortened by 20cm and welded to a roll cage made of 40mm-thick FIA FE45 steel. This method significantly increases rigidity, and this, combined with the shifting of the center of gravity towards the front, provides the basis for the vehicle’s extraordinary handling characteristics. Both the body – which is 33cm shorter than the Scuderia’s – and the interior are constructed entirely of carbon fiber and aluminum. All of the body components of the shell and interior are made of visible carbon. This places especially high demands on the quality of the processing, which was accomplished by Re Fraschini.
Since the first blurry pictures of New Lancia Stratos Sport Cars Concept appeared on the Internet in the summer of 2010, sports car enthusiasts and motorsport fans from around the world have been waiting impatiently for confirmation of whether the successor to the legendary Lancia Stratos really drives as impressively fast and with as much agility as appearances would suggest.

Finally, the steering has been converted to electro-hydraulic, the new smaller carbon steering wheel displays the exact shift points via differently colored LEDs and the paddle shifters are from the Ferrari 430 racecar. The New Lancia Stratos Sport Cars Concept, like the racing version of its predecessor, has been extensively geared – down to every last detail – towards lightweight design and performance. Not surprisingly, the specification sheet was therefore extremely ambitious in this regard as well.

Saab Sports Sedan Concept By Youngho Jong Design For 2025
Very clever, The Korean design student Youngho Jong is looking towards Saab’s future with his 2025 Advanced Warning System Vehicle concept, a rakish, four-door sport saloon, sport sedan with sport car coupe-like styling.
Saab Sports Cars Sedan Concept By Youngho Jong Design For 2025
Jong’s goal was to design a vehicle that would warn other drivers of impending danger. With his research showing that 50% of vehicles accidents are caused by carelessness, excessive speed and tailgating, Jong wanted to create a car that would warn other drivers to back off and drive with care.
Jong has put together a design for a 2025 Saab Concept that combines the elements of nature and human psychology fit to warn other vehicles of any impending danger. The 2025 Advanced Warning System Vehicle concept is a four door saloon that comes with various warning signals to alert other drivers when he vehicle is getting too close or is driving recklessly. The same amber slips are found on the front and sides of the vehicle. Jong took his inspiration from nature’s Fire Salamander, which uses its bright, menacing colours to ward off potential predators.

Jong also mentions that the coolest part of this Saab Sport Sedan Concept is the body that is made of a soft, impact absorbing material that reduces pedestrian injuries and vehicle damage in collisions. He incorporate sharp edges and the colours red and yellow to further emphasises the possible danger.
All of this, it’s a very clever, if far-fetched solution to a very real problem we face in the world today. The technology Saab Sports Cars Sedan Concept By Youngho Jong Design For 2025 isn’t quite there yet, but it’s not too hard to believe that cars twenty years hence will use a system like this.

Solidtec Solutions Helps Essa Australia Streamline their Technical Documentation Process

Essa Australia Limited is an ASX listed company that specialises in the design and manufacture of sampling and sample preparation equipment for mineral exploration and mining companies in Australia and around the world.

Essa’s range of equipment has been globally recognized since the company’s inception in 1981 with offices and distributors in all major markets including Africa, South America and Europe.  Essa’s design experience has expanded to automation and robotics where they are a preferred supplier to many mining companies and commercial laboratories around the world.

In April 2010 Solidtec Solutions (a value added reseller of SolidWorks products in Australia/New Zealand) provided Essa with 3DVIA Composer, an unrivaled technical documentation package within the SolidWorks/Dassault Systemes product line. Since then Essa has seen a drastic reduction in both the cost and time consumed to produce their technical documentation.

“Our current system of creating manuals was a time consuming process of creating multiple views of our equipment using SolidWorks and photo editing programs and then pasting the pictures into word documents” states Xavier Sequeira, Essa’s Engineering Manager.  “By using 3DVIA we have saved countless hours by being able to import assemblies directly from SolidWorks and create the views we need instantly.”

“3DVIA can produce better quality images and illustrations without the need to disrupt production. Its editing capabilities have also cut down the time it takes to produce good quality manuals. Overall it would be close to a 25% reduction in the costs of our manuals and they look great”

One of the most important features of 3DVIA in relation to Essa’s operations is the ability to manipulate SolidWorks parts and assemblies outside of SolidWorks without the need of an engineering resource.  Essa’s previous version manuals contained photos of machines in various stages of assembly as well as screen shots of equipment for the hard to capture shots. By Solidtec providing Essa with 3DVIA they have simplified and streamlined their technical documentation process to great benefit.

When asked why Essa chose Solidtec Solutions as their software provider, Essa’s IT Manager, Mark Waclawik says: “Based in WA it is important we have local support to resolve issues quickly rather than wait for a response from interstate which has taken hours or even days in the past.  Solidtec provides this with service and training to match.”

To learn more about 3DVIA or any of the products in the SolidWorks range. visit www.solidtec.com.au or 1800 824 883.

Unlike other concepts, this one has the validity and go ahead from it's parent company that the design language thesis is borrowed from. The entire project was conducted under the supervision of the head of the Centro Stile, Filipo Perini and designer Alessandro Salvagnin.
The Lamborghini Indomable is a study of a production sportscar based on the Gallardo and with a design inspired by modern jetfighters, this has got to be one of the most contemporary designs to come out of Sant’Agata Bolognese in years, so let’s just hope they build it. The Lamborghini Indomable Concept was inspired by the exterior is a new generation of stealth fighter jets like the F22 Raptor. It is of course not the first car drove the design was inspired by Jet.
Lamborghini Indomable Sports Cars Concept
The front end is a futuristic take on the Lamborghini brand design, with the radiators located in the middle and the two angular intakes are designed to feed cool air to the brakes. The engine cover is inspired by the functional system of the F22 which features invisible weapons bay doors and the typical zig zag assembly pattern. The “Y” shape at the center leaves the V10 engine visible through a glass surface.
The designer of the Lamborghini Indomable Sports Cars Concept, Daniel Chinchilla Ochoa, has been working in transport design for the last 4 years, developing urban buses, OEM accessories and special editions for VW, GM, Ford, Peugeot and Seat in Mexico. Today, he fulfills the role of freelance Transport and Product designer.
When he speaks about his work, the designer of the Lamborghini Indomable Concept, Daniel Chinchilla Ochoa said: “Soft transitions between the surfaces with hard cuts are the main design cues. These create the functional elements of the car. Side view shows a composite wing of abstraction, giving the impression that the car waiting to act as a jet since the start of the carrier.”
